Terms & Conditions
Age and driver’s license.
- Tenants must be at least 20 years old.
- You must have a valid and unexpired driver’s license.
- Foreign nationals must have an International Driving Permit (IDP) or a driving license from their country of origin that is valid in Thailand.
Documents required for renting.
- National ID card or passport (for foreigners)
- Valid driver’s license
- The insurance amount determined by the company depends on the type of vehicle.
Security deposit and payment.
- The tenant must pay a security deposit as specified by the company.
- Rent payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer, subject to company terms and conditions.
- The security deposit will be returned after the vehicle is returned and no damage has occurred.
Rental period and late return penalties.
- Car rentals are charged on a daily or monthly basis, as agreed upon.
- If you return the vehicle later than the scheduled time, there may be additional late return charges. The late return rate is 100 baht per hour for small cars, and 200 baht per hour for large cars or 7-seater vehicles. A maximum of 5 hours is free; exceeding this limit will be counted as an additional day.
Vehicle usage and restrictions.
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities.
- The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, or carrying loads exceeding the specified weight limit.
- Vehicles are prohibited from leaving the designated area (e.g., not exceeding the provinces of Phuket, Phang Nga, Surat Thani, and Songkhla) without permission.
Insurance and Liability
- Rental cars come with mandatory insurance and may have additional insurance (e.g., comprehensive insurance).
- In the event of an accident, the renter must notify the company immediately and follow the insurance procedures.
- If damage occurs that is not covered by insurance, the renter is responsible for the cost.
Returning the vehicle and inspecting its condition.
- The renter must return the vehicle on time and in its original condition.
- Fuel must be refilled to the same level as when the car was received (failure to do so will result in a fine of 100 baht + the cost of fuel).
- The authorities will inspect the vehicle before returning the security deposit.
